• Delivery policy

The below mentioned terms of the shipping and delivery are qualified by the Shipping Disclaimer, which forms an integral part of the Terms and Conditions.

Same Day Delivery- (Special occasion like valentine and mother day are excluded)

Order before 5 hours from delivery time for delivery to Dubai, Sharjah & Ajman

Order before one day from delivery time for delivery to Abu Dhabi , Al Ain, Fujairah, Ras Al Khaimah & Umm Al Quwain

Midnight Delivery- Order before 5 PM for mid-night delivery at 11:00 PM- 12:00 AM. This is service is only available for Dubai, Ajman & Sharjah.

Proof of delivery will be provided in case of any dispute in delivery.

Warda And Shamaa does not guarantee time of delivery to rural route addresses, hotels, hospitals, military bases or cemeteries. To request a specific delivery time, please type it into the Special Instructions field during checkout. Warda And Shamaa will endeavor to accommodate your preferences.

Warda And Shamaa, in conjunction with our service providers, will attempt to deliver a product on the requested delivery day. You acknowledge that requested delivery dates are non-binding estimates only and that you have no claim against us for any delays or early deliveries. We reserve the right to make deliveries in installments, which shall not relieve you from your obligation to accept and pay for remaining deliveries. Our service providers do not telephone prior to delivering packages, and we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. All products are deemed accepted upon our delivery of the product to you or your designated recipient’s address.

Warda And Shamaa will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.

Multiple shipments: Your order may be processed in multiple shipments. In case of Multiple Shipments, multiple postings may appear in the Cardholder’s monthly statement.

• Refund/cancellation policy

Warda And Shamaa makes every effort to ensure that you receive excellent service. If, at any time, you experience problems with an order, please let us know. Warda And Shamaa will not cancel or change orders already in process at the florist, en-route or delivered. Same-day orders are processed immediately, and usually cannot be changed. No change in delivery instructions will be entertained by Warda and Shamaa prior to 2 working hours of the time of delivery and acknowledged by our Customer support team (domestic). No change of any kind in the delivery requests will be entertained for any international order 48 hours before the scheduled delivery of the order unless confirmed by our Customer Service team on email (international deliveries).Warda And Shamaa will not cancel any order unless informed 48 hours (domestic) / 96 hours (international) prior to the delivery date.

Notwithstanding anything contained herein the Terms and Conditions, any Discount Voucher issued to you by Warda And Shamaa can be used only once and will expire thereafter, even if the order/delivery is unsuccessful.

Note: A refund will be processed by Warda And Shamaa in the event Warda and Shamaa determines that the cancellation of the order is due to Warda And Shama’s incapability of fulfilling the order.
